As a process specialist my responsibilities were:
• To make payments as per customer requests, remittance of funds such as salaries
• Identify potential Money Laundering or Fraudulent deals and escalate where necessary.
• Identify complex and urgent transactions and ensure these are processed correctly and immediately.
• Collection of service charges and, write down and write off customer accounts.
• Account opening and maintenance joint and sole account
• Account closing as per customer request on work basket account closing
