Reporting to the Board, supporting senior management in developing new business initiatives and strategies by conducting initial assessment, research, articulating and documenting business goals / strategy and coordinating with the heads of different business units / companies to execute on such strategic initiatives.
Managing various DirectFN operations in collaboration with different Business Units heads to achieve strategic and day to day goals of the company:
- Budgeting and Planning
- Support Business Development activities on different DirectFN business streams
- Stock Exchanges/Content Sources relationships.
- Overseeing DirectFN Online Store and the related Payment gateways
- Pricing and Financial Modeling for new offerings
- Contract negotiations and closure
Reporting to the Chairman of the Group, responsible for coordinating Mubasher expansion activities in GCC, Levant, Far East, North Africa and the Sub continent. Such activities involved different departments and business units: Head Office, Legal, Business Development, Support, Deployment, Marketing and Infrastructure
Managing the software development department consisting of architects, team leads, testers and developers (20+). Key clients:
• Lawson Software (http://www.lawson.com): Long term engagement with Lawson Software in the US to develop and maintain Healthcare and Inventory Management related software products
• Saudi Arabian airlines (KSA): SkySales project for duty free sales.
Worked on several outsourcing projects for top US based companies such as Thomson Financials (Boston) and Kyocera (San Diego). My work as a Technical Team Lead required several and extended onsite visits to the US working with teams in several locations including Jordan and China.
