Handling Warehouse management and Inventory control on a day-to-day basis using SAP & MS-Excel 2007.
Handling Imports & Exports materials and Inventory stocks.
Organize transportation for Incoming Materials from Tasnee and follow-up for delivering respective containers based on Hauler’s collection.
Preparing the necessary documents in SAP (i.e. Delivery Note and Transfer order) for container loading.
Handling the Export documents.
Coordinating with Tasnee for material release.
Allocating the container for the material loading.
Receiving Shipment Plan from Tasnee and arranging the Containers from Transporter for loading in our Warehouse and shipping to the consignee’s as per Tasnee’s instruction.
Preparing Daily Loading Plan and Daily Activity Record.
Monitoring containers status.
