Prepare budget forecasts and estimates for annual and quarterly action plans and other documents, which involve financial forecasting, budgeting and accounts.
Generating the Financial Reports, like Balance Sheet, Profit and loss statement and Cash Flow Statement with there relevant notes to the Financial Statements.

Support the Managing Director in all financial matters related to the Finance and also deal with letter of credit.

Prepare Cash payment vouchers, Bank payment vouchers and Journal vouchers together with complete supporting documentation in support to every Financial Transaction.

Reconciliation of Bank Statements, Establishing and maintaining supplier Accounts.
All the transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Computerized Company own Accounting System.

Prepare salary of all the staff and ensure timely payment of salaries.

Responsible for Letter of Credit (L/C) Opening through a Bank and also Watching the Shipments arrival through website and contact Clearing agents

Responsible for inventory management of project items.

Make quotation and Proforma Invoices base on authorized requisition for the company
