•Detailed integration knowledge of Avaya Contact Center Systems, IP Telephony and related technologies.
•Experienced in installation and administration of Avaya PBX products, Avaya S8xxx series Media Servers, Media Gateways, Avaya AES, Avaya Modular, and Messaging for Unified communications, SBC, Remote Worker.
