Started my Career with MasterCard in CIS - Europe Team. Customer Implementation Specialist is a part of MasterCard International. As an Implementation Specialist we perform different types of testing for MasterCard Customers also we solve the member queries in production and test environment with the core knowledge on MasterCard products. Testing includes Manual Testing where the MasterCard specialized tools like authorization and clearing simulator. This includes implementation, migration, and validation for member banks on the latest release of Authorization and Clearing applications.

Roles and responsibilities
To provide direct support to all the member banks in Europe Region in additional to Turkey, Israel and Russia in MasterCard system related applications.Specialized in using the different types of MasterCard Tools
Preparing Test Plan with the requirement and Test case for the release enhancement.Executing the test case and generating report on expected results.Project planning, Task management and Project Co-ordination
Updating the team with the new technologies Providing extensive report on weekly basis.Providing technical support on MasterCard system to the off-site team and direct to the clients.Support all European MasterCard Clients with technical queries and providing extensive support with immense knowledge in all MasterCard product.

PUTTY - This application traces the live transaction of the card. It is a Mainframe application. My Role in this application is analyzing the connectivity between MasterCard and Member (bank), monitor the transaction traced and Client Implementation.
