• Supervise Subcontractor team for Single Site Verification all 2G/3G new site
• Make sure Performance for all new site integration and coordination with Project and another technical team (BSS, Microwave, and Datacomm)
• Lead KPI before and after related to Roll Out activity such as new site, BSC/RNC Rehoming, LAC Splitting.
• Analyse and make immediate action related with every performance degradation. Make a good cordination and communication with other division to handle and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
• Conduct L0 KPI Priority One and Priority Two achievement for 2G and 3G new site
• Analyze all counter related to KPI Accessibility, retain ability, integrity, and mobility,
• Conduct all Engineering Parameter, Neighbor, and License for all 2G and 3G new site
• Supervise Parameter and Physical changing for PAC (acceptance) 2G and 3G.
• Lead Paging Success Rate for 2G and 3G based on Core Level KPI
• Supervise PAC and SSV Drive Test Activity. Improving KPI such as HSDPA Throughput, CSSR, DCR, and signal quality (EcNo & RxQual).
• Lead 2G and 3G Unblock Target New Town Launch.
• Lead for New Parameter Trial especially for New Site
• Analyze for any capacity issue (TRX, CE, IUB, Code) and utilization
• Support for Core KPI such as Paging Success Rate and give action for Island RAC and LAC
• Create Registration LAC CI 2G and 3G to Core and billing for New Site and Rehoming acitivity
• Create Consistency check for rehoming activity and prepare for Unblock requirement
• Tracing message each interface GSM and UMTS from LMT for analysis problem,

Final Year Project : Comparative Analysis Topology Backhaul in Long Term Evolution The objective of the project is to analysis about Topology X2 interface in LTE, in my case I use 3 topology Mesh, Ring, and Tree. I create simulation use OPNET 14.5 for calculate QOS performance based on delay and throughput.
