Administer, review and direct employee benefit programs; provide advice in development and implementation of benefits related policies and procedures, and ensure that they are as per the statutory requirements.
Manage overall Payroll module, ensure data integrity, constantly customize and upgrade it through coordination with IT, provide end user ERP Payroll trainings, and maximize its utilization through generating and analyzing standard and custom reports to address HR and other Management requirements from time to time.
Coordinate with TQM executive in audit & implementation of 5S & QMS.
Develop, implement, and maintain personnel files systems and ensure data integrity along with complete documentation in personnel files of all employees as per company policy.
Ensure timely and accurate compilation of payroll and review/ analyze claims including Hospitalization and Life insurance.
Ensure punctuality and discipline of support staff in line with the company guidelines and policies.
Coordinate with Head Human Capital for the effective implementation of performance management system, HR policies, separation processing and final settlements.
To assist Head Human Capital in the areas of Job Specifications & Job Descriptions, Recruitment, Selection and Orientation of employees.
To handle mess, transportation, accommodation and civil construction related tasks.
To check and resolve the internal electrical issues.
Coordination for the verification and approvals of contractual bills.
Maintenance of personal files of employees, accurate compilation of payroll and disbursment of salaries.
To handle mess and transportation related matters.
Grievance handling of employees regarding all administrative matters.
Maintain attendance and generate monthly payroll for both daily wagers and permanent employees and disbursement of salaries.
