Checking prices Zonal wise for each project of each customers.
Approach new contractors consultants for concrete supply approvals etc.
invoice checking and collection of payments.
Present Company in seminars and events.
Reporting to GM if required.
Maintain Good relationship with existing customers.
Check shipping department for smooth supply.
Any other duties assigned by GM or Manager.
Maintain and update Product information of all Media sources for Construction Equipment Cranes, Forklift, Generators etc.
Negotiate with customers and Suppliers for pricing and provide information if required.
LC dealing with banks and shipping companies to export or import.
Dealing in Asia, Africa, Middle east and European Market to buy or sale of equipment.
keep full detail of inventory.

Forecast and manage budget
CRM
4P's of Marketing (strategy)
Daily Visits to Potential Customers
Reconciliation and Collection of debts.
Any other task assign by BOD
Approach new customers to finalize contracts for security management in events and normal course of businesses.
