Sales
• To manage stores sales, conversion, shelf fill and display.
• To create customer friendly environment and manage positive customer experience.
• Maintaining and ensuring optimum stock levels: 100% of store capacity. Maintain the number of Lines required in store.
• To be responsible for expiry and ageing management and replenishment.
Analysis
• Category, size & group alignment according to sales trend. To be responsible for price mapping,
• Responsible for Updating Business partner of any price revision. Category performance and Event feedback. (Product feedback -Best Seller & worst Seller, Analysis of Gender/Group /Supplier /Size analysis/ Color.)
• Regular visits to other Stores and maintain individual brand/merchandise comparison. To develop complete understanding of competition profile and undertake study time to time and plan accordingly.
Operation-
• Follow-up for way bill and PO- Indents, Open Allocations with warehouse,
• RTV dispatches from store, customer's request from stores.
• Inter-store Transfer, Best Sellers top-up, Sale stock allocation.
• Consolidation of Cut -sizes, Non-performing lines.
People Management
• Ensure product training for the concept staff
• Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations

• Work with Business Managers to provide annual concept budget with brand-wise action plans for the store
• Ensure uniformity of display standards across all stores in the region
• Manage the sell thru within the season
• Manage the stock level including warehouse co-ordination and replenishment from brands. Ensure timely SOR stocks return
• Prepare the Off sale plan at the end of season based on internal margin target, competition
Benchmarking and liquidation of ageing stocks
• Conduct regular floor audits for the concept to evaluate operational efficiency, level of adherence to floor standards and fixture and display norms
• Benchmark with market and competition to understand available opportunities, markets trends and quality standards, range and performance of products/brands
• Provide feedback to Buying Team on gaps in the offering, quality issues and suggestions for introduction/removal of brands/categories
• Plan promotions with support from the Buying and Marketing team to counter lost opportunities and launch new brands.
• Manage new store and new product launches by ensuring stock availability, staff training and display standards
• Manage store level operations, including staff hiring, training, evaluation and work schedule.
• Monitoring the performance of Stores on parameters like Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc.
• Taking care of inventory control through replenishment and procurement.
• Managing merchandising, window displays, and stocking
• Ensured excellence in customer service and resolved all problems at the store level to improve CRM and customer experience.
• Handling BTL activity related to Marketing and Promotion
• Assisted manager in all areas of resets, remodels, relocations, and new store openings
