Review of Standard Typical Details Drawing, Project Symbols, Legends, Guidelines and General Notes, Design General Specification of client standard, Datasheets and Vendor approved drawings and procedures and other documents.
Reads and reviews Approved For Construction and Issued For Construction drawings,
Review of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings, Installation Hook-up detail drawings, Instrument Interconnection and Logic Diagram Drawings, Key Plan and overall cable routing layout and Instrument location plan.
Review of Method Statements and Project procedures such as Site Material Control, Subcontracting, Project Numbering, Document Control, Document Review and Approval Procedures.
Conduct final inspection with client and Site Internal Inspection and taking Punch list items prior to submission of Notification for Inspection.
Coordinate and communicate with the Client, PMC and Third Party Inspectors.
Coordinate and communicate with the site supervisors regarding preliminary inspection which having troubles like obstruction of piping and maintenance access and any quality matters for us to discuss with other department for any other possible actions with quality and cope up with the current schedule.
Implement good housekeeping on all work areas to maintain the cleanliness and safe workplace for all.
Supervise Calibration and re-range of Instrument and make sure to comply with the requirements.
Hands-on and Supervise Loop testing works with the assist of vendor for tuning and troubleshooting.
Prepare daily, weekly activity and report to my superior (Manager) for any progress on site and to get any additional or any change of scope for implementation.
Preparation of documents such as inspection test reports for Loop Checking attachments and any related papers for loop testing requirements
Implement pre-inspection for Testing of Cables, Pneumatic and Impulse Lines and Calibration prior to final inspection for approval and validation with TPI from client.
Preparation of Loop Folders, reviewing ILD’s for any requirement for update and approval.
Supervise the clearing of Inspection Comments & Punch list.
Preparation of Mechanical Completion Dossier for Final Acceptance and Turnover.
Hands-on supervision of installation and calibration of instrument at site to meet the client requirement and approved application as per instrument standard.
Interact with Engineering design and Construction team for accurate and positive output with related to good quality and standard application which approved by client.
