Responsible for the operational management of the insurance department, creating internal insurance processes and procedures, and ensuring insurance terms and conditions comply with The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and NCB polices and insurance contracts, documentation, terms and customer care. Review and maintain documentation relating to the insurance coverage of all vehicles within the NCB contracts, and provide legal support and advice in respect of service agreements and contracts. Develop and update the insurance database for various insurance policies and accurately process and track all insurance related data.
