• Checking on completed repair and maintenance works to ensure that established standards have been met by our technician and as per the clients as well as coordinating any call regarding complain of maintenance and emergency from our clients,
• Maintaining an accurate records and taking proper care of all field equipments and materials stocks for the jobs sub constructed i;e plumbing, water services, drainages
• Making sure all building under our contract is in good condition and well maintenance to all facilities. Overseen all the activities s within a building and making sure facilities are in good order
• Cooperating with project and programmers coordinators on sites in generals

Responsibilities
• Mobilizing and sensitizing F&B outlet staff to participate in safety and hygiene.
• Conducting field based need assessment and consoles the information for planning activities.
• Inspection of food and beverage outlet hygiene and safety.
• Performing safe, efficiency and economical maintenance activities of kitchen hood and ecology unit to improve maintenance work to F& B outlets.
• Monitoring general condition of kitchen exhaust and elimination of leak from kitchen exhaust ducted.
• Participating and contributing in development and implementing of corrective action in food industry outlets, working closely with operation, other technician
• Carrying out PPM and troubleshooting for equipments such as kitchen hood and ecology unit.
• Make sure tenancy comply with all company health, safety, and environment as well as work permit policies and procedure for food industry. Coordination with on site contractors for the smooth operations of annual maintenance contracts for food and beverage outlets
