Lead in Workshop in Machine operation and Assembly, Makes Status report to Manager, Fabricate wooden furniture as per request by the customer, Install and repair all types of woodworking jobs like door, window, and partitions. Replace damaged ceiling and wall coverings. Install door locks, window blinds and other boards for wall, Fabricate Cabinet, Table Chair, TV Stand, Bed, Door and window with jamb and with specific design in carpenter workshop using high power machines such as Radial Arm saw, Table saw, Panel saw, Jointer, Planer, Router, Spindle and other portable machines.
Constructs and repairs structural material using gypsum board, metal C paring, and metal profile stud for walling, T-runners or omega stud for ceiling. Working base on the blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions: Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, hanging cabinet, benches, partitions, floors, doors, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools.
* Develop and implement employee performance evaluations \n and improvement plans. \n *Ensure implementation of 5 s standard method \n *Manage the coordination and checking product returns and \n scrapping processes. \n *Train and evaluate my employees. \n *Provide a positive working environment and handle employee \n issues appropriately and in a timely manner. \n *Ensure maintained and implement company standards (SOPs) \n *Utilize labor management, including effective scheduling, \n to maximize productivity. \n *Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules \n as needed. \n *Responsible for the maintenance of equipment of the area. \n * Check, maintain and Monitoring product of quality standards
Supervise in production floor in order to obtain the output or goals of the company. Oversee and maintain quality output in production and make sure all process should be base on parts drawing and approved by line Supervisor and QC.
• Submit production output report to management in daily basis
• Check man hours individual report and submit to IE department
• Daily parts monitoring and make status report
• Coordinate co Supervisor from other department from time to time
• Review the cutting list and piece part drawing prior full production
• Make schedule for the parts balances and replacement
• Approved first run sample per part drawing before production
• Receive Cutting list from PRD and make review on it
• Make Material request base on the Cutting list consumption required
• Make appraisal evaluation report annually
• Check available materials base on the schedule
• Make Additional material request with justification for rework job
• Make Accident report
