In my present role, I am managing team performance and workflow to accomplish organisational strategy/target, assessing material resource planning and inventory management, monitoring logistics and distribution operations to acquire OTIF customer orders. I am maintaining raw materials, transportation, customs, delivery to warehouses along with developing Supply Chain department annual KPI, and formulating/executing supply chain strategy-based business, organisational strategy, action plan from as-is supply chain to desired supply chain strategy to cover gaps. I am redeveloping organisation in market to increase core competency and maintain sales process from sales leads till order booking and fulfilment, conducting sales forecast in line with customer needs and historical data and supporting sales teams to achieve sales target and enable demand plan.

• Actively engaged in monthly sales plan with optimum operation cost and served as salesforce solution enablement team.
• Executed continuous improvement in logistics, supply plan, and manage operations with 15 team members.
• Reduced cost by 1.5% in transportation and purchase yearly value by 5%.

Here, I monitored logistics (inbound)/distribution, inventory management, material planning, procurement, strategic thinking, change management, warehouse operation, and optimising processes to ensure seamless execution of operations and led change management of trafficking between two remote destinations to emphasise on control and reduce cost related to reactive change management. I managed sales order process to control OTIF and actively engaged in SAP ERP projects with SAP internal team related in purchasing processes and actively engaged in accomplishing monthly sales targets.
Key accomplishments:
• Minimised cost by 1% in transportation through packaging modification.
• Reduced cost of paper packaging material by 3% yearly through purchasing team management.
• Supervised 7 warehouses with total value of SR 35M inventory to deliver business plan.
• Slashed inventory value by 4% and improved sourcing by signing annual contracts with supplier consolidated with internal material resource planning.
In this role, I set departmental SOPs and shared analytical dashboard reports, monitored courier and forwarding services providers, and carried out 100 monthly import shipments volume via optimised communication with third parties to attain delivery on time target and goods availability at company with sales revenue around SAR 500M per year.

• Supervised activities of 12 team members to manage supply and demand.
• Managed inbound logistics for 90+ shipments, including express and freight shipments.
• Integrated multiple express shipments into LCL/FCL sea freight containers and mitigated unnecessary cost valued around SAR 1M yearly.
Here, I am involved in project management team for developing new plant from zero hour to commissioning production line and acted as establisher of procurement, W/H, and logistics departments integrated system as well as leader for all project logistics operations. I interacted with vendor and created handover book from project (CAPEX) budget closed by SAR 600M cost to operation (OPEX).

• Managed project of 62 import shipments, such as machineries, HVAC, utility stations, stacking, and digitalized robots.
• Developed factory with less than agreed project time frame by four months and in less budget.
