Key responsibilities,

- Ensure perfect compliance with the set SOPs, and setting SOPs for new business.
- Ensure that the job invoices are issued / dispatched to customers in time as soon as the ops accomplish.
- Responsible for understanding and optimizing pricing and cost components.
- Efficient negotiations and benchmarking for all suppliers rates: carriers, haulers, overseas agents..etc / setting and updating standard tariffs for ops expenses as appropriate e.g. customs clearance tariffs.
- Full awareness of market dynamics, update on market situation wherever relevant (tariffs of 3rd parties ..terminals or carriers..etc / new regulations or legislations that impact our service.. whether imposed by customs, trading, or any concerned authorities..etc).
- Maintain and develop CRM with customers as appropriate, be duly updated with customer business developments.
- Take actions to improve customer service level and customer satisfaction.

- Addressing any service failures / customer's complaints on the spot to the G.M, analyzing any case and ensure the corrective / preventive action is promptly taken to eliminate any service failures and meeting the customers' expectations.
- Maximizing business with overseas agents.
- To maintain the existing customers business by achieving the ops excellence as outlined above.

Key responsibilities:
