• Creating and revising budgets for production, sales and marketing, and administrative departments.
• Act as an advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions & examine whether budget submissions can be achieved based on known capacity constraints and inform management of potential problem area.
• Preparing financial statements that will compare actual costs with budgets, showing variances, disclosing the reasons for them, and taking any appropriate action based on the analysis of the variances reports.
• Controlling & approving the operation expenses documents in daily basis & aligning with the Budget control procedures.
• Oversees approval of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain database of monthly financial analysis reports and budget modifications.
• Assist with external/Internal audits and act as liaison with external/Internal auditors.
• Perform feasibility and financial studies of new products in order to support management decision making.
• Develop management reports showing actual expenditures versus budget, including variances and the reasons.
• Follow department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Build the annual budget with the factory management (Factory manager, production, quality, maintenance and admin managers).
• Justify the deviations from the budget and split this variance effects between (process, formulation and price effect).
• Explain the losses reasons & the responsible departments and effects on the total company results, then make action plan to return to right path and follow the plan implementation.
• Following production area and check machine speeds, overweight and labor count to put my hand on the real reasons of deviations versus budget and support factory management by my recommendations to avoid variances.
• Responsible for following up the KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis like productivity, efficiency, raw and packing material consumption compared with standard ratios.
• Analyze the use of resources and how to optimize the production formulas to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Pricing & calculate the Profitability for new products & Identifying the total industrial costs till industrial transfer price.
• Review the monthly cost of labor and working hour’s indicators (EGP/hour, seconds/KG), analyze monthly effect versus flexible budget, then present proposals to responsible managers to improve their results and follow up it.
• Calculate the monthly contribution margin by category, market and item.
• Saving plan follow up and recommend new saving projects.
• OEE and saturation follow up with highlight the main reasons by using Pareto graph.
• Participate with purchasing team to determine accurate Demand of raw and packing material &coverage days and stock level.to update the purchasing rolling forecast.
• Control and review Monthly inventory and cost closing with all the details As (Cost of production and Cost of sales with variance analysis for the cost per line)
• Review the production orders cost, and make allocation of direct material per order on the (Microsoft AX).
• Plans study and collects data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory &labor.
• Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs.
• Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Compiles cost information to be prepare operating budget & Monitor & analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Makes estimates of new and proposed product costs & Update standard costs in the bill of materials.
