- Quantities take-off for all the Paid Contract Items (BOQ).
- Review BOQ reconciliations as provided by the consultant for suitability and completeness.
- Settle down our payments with the Owner.
- Preparing and submitting final accounts.
- Perform a wide variety of advisory assignments by applying current industry standards, practices, and techniques to the work.
- Conduct reviews and studies of bills of quantities, change orders, claims, and payment application and advice and recommend constructive changes for strengthening.
- Offer pro-active advice and assistance as necessary.
- Monitor progress and accuracy of project quantities.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
- Keep current of current technologies, and advises the owner on latest developments.
