Transmission / system and NOC Engineer who is responsible to handle all operational tasks for MENA landing stations :- (Mazara - Italy, ALX / Zafarana stations - Egy, other related operations work at partners landing stations in Oman, Jeddah, Mumbai and Qatar). And dispatched to any of those Landing stations according to business needs.
Working with Subcom - Tyco, Infinera, Alcatel, Ciena and Ekinops equipment & monitoring tools.
Contributed to multiple network capacity upgrades, troubleshoot traffic and equipment issues with vendors.
Well aware of the site Power systems (Generators, rectifiers, UPS, power panels).
Monitoring Network equipment, desktop computers management and administration, AVAYA programming and protection.
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction, work to a schedule and client targets, make sure maximum survey and sales targets are being achieved, following up upon cases with customer to make sure issue is resolved to completion.
Achieve sales conversion rates based on client targets.

• 1 month in KKESH (King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital) in Riyadh (KSA) in the Bio Medical Engineering department (July 2010)
