AMAL Field: From 2009 to 2011 : Classroom Mechanical Trainer ( Oil & Gas)
•I have Trained Libyan nationals in both theory and practical up to the client standards.
•Ssuccessfully had conducted 2 training cycles (cycle : 9 calendar months)
•Participate in developing Training Plan-implement the organizations training plan.
•Coordinate with maintenance department for Training need analysis and best topics serving the expertise expected by the client.
•Develop training materials covering topics assigned as per Training Need Analysis.
•Coaching Libyan technicians, (HAROUGE Employees) performing 9-month training cycle in both classroom and mechanical rotating workshop.
•Evaluation & adjusting course material, delivery, or content based on the outcomes.
•Conduct Assessment techniques, Assessing against set company standard and generate related reports.
•Monitor technician produced work and ensure that they all meet the organizations standards. Providing them regular Feedback about what they achieved.
•Conduct regular theory tests and workshop assessments, maintain database with revealed results.
•Report on the training program on daily, weekly, monthly and at each training cycle end.
Leading maintenance activities for a wide variety of mechanical equipment's insuring to apply organizational safety roles and put them in place in regard of oil industry.
•Working as a member of Field Maintenance Department, coaching local technicians during implementing Preventive PM and Corrective maintenance CM.
•Perform maintenance but not limited to the following equipment like Crude Oil Main & Booster Pumps, Air Compressors, Heat exchangers, Heaters, Fin Fans installations for Gas lift compressors, Pump Mechanical seals, maintaining Valves, Dosing Pumps, maintain and clean Pipe strainers, Changing Oil for GENESET and IC engines & Greasing as per manufacturer instructions and as per approved procedures.
•Performing either Pump shaft alignment at site and workshop using dial or Leaser alignment kit.
•Analysis bearing failure, Replace bearings professionally and make list of site installations and required lubricants.
•Assist Electrical department in replacing Bearings of big size motors, and maintaining pedestal-bearing assembly of 2.3 MW synchronous motor.
•Perform daily PM for Water Injection mechanical facilities, Pumps, Strainers, Motor seal cooling system, Dosing pumps and skids, Control valves (Mechanical part) etc.
•Cooperate with Production Maintenance in performing Line flushing activities, Pigging Pipes, Crude Oil Leak events, lifting equipment inspection.
•As requested participating in annual Gas Turbine overhauling ABB GT-1 to 3.
•Perform maintenance for Center fugal, rotary and reciprocal pumps. Prepare inventory list for all related spare parts for job facilitating issues.
•Packing mechanical seals and fabricate and Install Gasket following bolt tighten strategies.
•Performing maintenance to GOE mechanical facilities (Gas Oil Extracting units)
•Assist in commissioning of new installed equipment.
•Assist in overhauling diesel Caterpillar 598 V-Type GENEST engines.
•Overhauling Gas Caterpillar V-Type GENEST engines, Calibrating ignition system.
•Full understanding of hazardous area requirements and environmental awareness using this background to improve safety culture among employees
•Standing for full maintenance of potable water plant type RO (Reverse Osmoses) & EDR ( Electro-dialysis Reversal) type : AQ-IV with capacity of 80000 liter /day.
Providing upgrading vocational courses for adults employed by Man-Made River Project.

•Performing Inspection on activities of FABRICON (Belgium)company in scope of project " Cooled & Deep Freeze Stores" for Ammunitions.
•Checking/ Revising for all technical drawings, Systems sizing relevant to HVAC .
•Ensuring that all approved standards and codes are applied safely in the site.
