• Checking Ground surveying, including level of natural ground, exist streets, general aspects to ensure that no mistake in new design street’s track by full coordinate with owner which be (municipality or MOT)
• Checking the importance of connection between Design drawings on AutoCAD or CIVIL3D and the actual working on ground by BM and TP that taken from ground surveying department .
• Reviewing Design plans to ensure that meets specification of Design Criteria from minimum to maximum
• Standing on implementation of all road structure procedures (from subgrade to wearing coarse asphalt )

1. Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
2. Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
3. Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
4. Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.

Take Architectural plans and model the building drawings(plans, Sketches)on Structural program such as SAP, RCD, JAWWAD Beam, then obtain results and check the model from structural side such as deflections, Compatability, Equilibrium, Stress-strain relationship, and check if structural memebers are safe? or not?, and design the structural memeber, and reinforce to resist the loads and moments and shear forces by using the ACI Code equations and rules and design buildings to resist Wind, Soil, Earthquakes forces using the most modern techniques and following the IBC, UBC, ACI codes, also preparation the bill of quantity(BOQ)tables, and give each activity of works the unite price therfore calculate the whole project cost, then divide projects into activities and give each activity specified period and give the whole project specified period to finish and submission, therefore establish each of Critical Path, and S-Curve, Cash Flow Diagram, and determine the Free Float and Total Float and project period, based on these curves and diagram and informations, we can know at any specified time if the project is behind schedule or ahead schedule or under cost or above cost and determine the mistakes and reason for deficiencies or defects and making to correct it as fast as possible, finally supervision on all implementation steps in structures and buildings from surveying works and determining the levels for buildings to installations all structural members and formworks and supervision on concrete tests as compressive stength test for concrete (site engineer

this project talks about three dimensional analysis and design the Al-Quds Open University building where this building has area 1000m2 for one floor and this building consist of six floors, the analysis and design was according to ACI Code instructions and also this design include design to resist earthquakes, the analysis and design are performed by using the International structural program Known with "SAP2000 V14.2.4"and follow the design architectural drawing and implementation plans to apply the structural resuls which are obtained from SAP program(represented by reinforcing structural members and check on Deflection and equilibrium and compatability) on ground actually the project is checked by Dr.Ibrahim Aerman and structural group in An-Najah National university and I get on Excellent degree at this project

I apply my theoritical experience in this field and compare this experience with actual operation conditions, the work include the surveying tasks for location prior to construction, then determining the structural level and the foundation's coordination then apply the design plans on the actual operation work, preparation the reports for performed work, determine the materials and quantities, follow specifications in materials, preperation of bill of Quantity BOQ), finishing works, preperation plans for implementaion works, divide works into activities thenspecify finite period for each activity then and make S-curve for all project and determine the critical path for project, then follow the works do it in schedule and cost or not and determine the mistakes in schedule and cost.

Take courses in structural engineering as structural Analysis I,II,III and my degrees in thses courses was very good and courses in Design reinforced concrete structuresI,II,III, and design of steel structures and my degrees in thses courses was very good , courses in Design Building to resist Earthquakes forces and my degrees in thses courses was very good ,also take more than 15 laboratory in SAP2000 V14.2.4 and V15 program learning to design building According ACI code and getting on 5 successful certificates to complete these laboratories successfully, also take courses in Quantity Survying and Calculate Quantites and Types of contracts and stages of bids (tenders) and the documents of bids and specifications for all materials also make BOQ for projects and my degrees in thses courses was very good , also courses in Management of projects and make a budget and Cash Flow Diagram and S-Curve and how can we ahead in schedule and below budget and determine the critical path for project and divide the project into activity into work break down structure theaory WBS and give each activity specific duration to calculate the whole project periodmy degrees in thses courses was very good ,aslo take courses in traffic and transportation design and my degrees in thses courses was very good ,also take courses in water distribution design and treatment sewage water in courses environment I,II,III and my degrees in thses courses was very good.
