1. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the digital management, the content management and delivery space and how best to utilize company’s solutions to meet customer requirements.
2. Work in several of the technology areas necessary to fulfill the scope of a customer’s project
3. Play a critical role in ensuring the success of Vignette implementation projects by providing broad technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
4. Assist in analyzing customers’ business requirements and application objectives
5. Design, Develop, Deploy, Maintain, respond to and troubleshoot applications sufficient to meet service level agreements (SLA).
6. Research new technology and stay informed on technology changes related to Vignette’s solutions
7. Designs interfaces between the system being developed and other systems with which it will communicate by the client side
8. Participate in functional and technical design sessions as well as design system solutions using Object Oriented Design techniques that align with company standards and design database schemas to support the system object model where applicable
9. Assist pre-sales team with presentations and demonstrations for various ECM Solutions.
10. Conduct consultation on product requirements analysis for customers in order to propose the appropriate solution according to customer’s technical and business needs.
11. Perform technical/business training on various ECM solutions over customized projects to the customer
1. Perform Integration operations between different BSCS technical components
2. Redesign & Implement the Billing - CMS - Tools environment to have separate environment for each Application / tool to facilitate troubleshooting
3. Implement health checks for the overall system and integration points with other system components
4. Analyzing Commercial & Customer Operation requests and products
5. Provide technical consultation related to Billing & Provisioning areas for different stake holders
6. Configure & Optimize billing and provisioning component in BSCS IX
7. Develop and assess EMA tools to handle different activation process through Java & DUB technologies
8. Work with commercial teams to analyze technical solutions for the required commercial products
9. Work with various client architects (integration architects, mediation, etc.) to ensure that the required services are provided.
