The organization comprises a number of different operating systems including windows 2003 servers and Citrix Servers. I determine the exact nature of problems (1st and 2nd line support) providing for both end user and server support to over 450 users based in 4 locations. I worked on projects in a variety of support and development support and development roles. Accomplished in setting / meeting deadline, planning and development methods for computerizing range of business task.

• Leading the IT Dept at the HAW and BEN Plant at Benghazi.
• Providing support of IT hardware, software and infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting, administration and support of Windows 2003, MS Exchange and Citrix on Dell hardware.
• 1st and 2nd line support (Software, hardware and networks).

• Project team member supervising a complete infrastructure (Fiber cable, copper) network for Libyan Cement Company HEQ, HAW and BEN plant at Benghazi and ALF Plant, Derna.

• Leading, Organizing working tasks and following up the unit’s personal in all GMRA sites around Libya.
• Database Designer and Administrator concerning The Cathodic Protection Technical Data and surveys, Pipes Technical information, ...etc
• Designed and Programmed an Application used by the Corrosion Engineers for reviewing CP Technical Data and producing
• Supporting & Technical team member for the GMRA’s Risk Management applied by the “Advitam” - a French company for the Phase I.

• Working on the programming tasks and data management tasks issued by GMRA Managements and Departments.
• Team member of designing and implementing of GMRA’s HQ LAN and the building surrounding it.

• Designed and Programmed an Archiving System consisting of 4 different modules covering all BRNA’s Document Control Needs in Benghazi and Tripoli.

• Part of the Technical Team working on the foundation of two main branches in Tripoli and Musrata in all means of supporting, implementing and Design both the network and programs fulfilling branches needs.
• Part of the Programmers Team working on designing and Programming the New Banking Core System which was designed for Musrata branch.
