─STEP Wastewater Pump Station PMC, Abu Dhabi - Electrical/ICA engineer responsible for review of the design & build contractor’s detailed EICA designs for this 30m3/s 100m deep 40m internal diameter wastewater pump station. This will be one of the world’s largest wastewater pump stations.



Design review, Submittal review and site supervision of ADSSC Pumping Station,

DCS system architecture review and comments with respect to process, interfacing with existing system to new system feasibility study and approvals, reviewing the method statement and preparing ITP (Field Quality plant) for installation, testing and commissioning of field instruments, project schedule reviewing and attending the site meeting with client and contractor, evaluations on monthly/weekly progress report further reporting to client
─ Selection of materials according the process fluid also issuing approval for material submittals, I/O list with relevant contract specifications, reviewing instruments location drawings/hookup drawings/loop drawings/Inter connection drawings, approval of vendor’s drawings as per project site requirements and technical specification requirements. Inspecting the field instruments installation/calibration and start up
─ Approval of dosing system calculations,
─ Attending the FAT (factory acceptance test) and SAT (site acceptance test) for SCADA/DCS also field instruments
─ Monitoring the site I&C system construction activities and issuing CAR (corrective action request) and NCR ( non conformance report), attending the CoC (construction of completion) and making LOP (list of punch), making report on initial operation test, reliability test run and net dependable capacity run, Implementing industrial safety, health and the environment.
