-13 years experience as a professional consultant; have worked with SAP, Ernst & Young on SAP implementation projects, Reorganization / Reengineering projects and presales activities in Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE and other countries in Middle East incorporating the Public Sector, Oil & Gas, Retail, Utility and ECO industries
•Collaborate with sales management and sales account executives to plan account strategies through participation in informal and formal account reviews.
•Enforce consistent presales processes, including CRM-based opportunity management, dry-runs and discovery sessions, to ensure superior demos and presentations.
•Issa has a significant SAP ERP Financials / SEM/ BPC experience
•Work directly with each Sales AE to assess the right time to engage presales resources and approve/deny the use of presales specialists in those sales opportunities
•Conducting detailed requirements workshops related to clients business processes
•Organizing the workshop by preparing the necessary materials (power point presentation).
•Assembling all inputs gathered from the client business processes and functions definitions into business blueprint document.
•Prototyping & Configuration SAP system(GL/ AP/ AR/ Fixed Assets/ Cost Center Accounting/ Internal Orders/ Profit Center Accounting/ Profitability Analysis) and document configuration results .
-SEM specialist in Business Planning & Simulation (BPS) and Integrated Planning

•Assisting the sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify accounts, answer RFP/RFI’s, preparing and delivering solution based product presentations and demos, and delivering proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements focused on technology.

10-Support:-
·Monitor transactions and resolve live business process issues.
·Manage user roles and software and application changes.
·Maintain and improve procedures for handling questions from the users that deal with internal end-user support.
