• Qatar Sports Investments is a Qatari Holding Company with 2 Billion Qatari Riyals investments. I have successfully managed the implementation of an Oracle Based ERP solution for QSi and one of its subsidiaries, my role was to prepare the RFP after understanding the business requirements and select the product based on the rules and regulations maintained by government organizations. The same practice goes for building the IT Infrastructure for QSi.
• Preparing due diligence reports for the different investment opportunities is also a part of my responsibilities.
• I have introduced SaaS to QSi and and was able to sell the idea to the board of directors and we are using SaaS services and it is an acceptable and preferred application delivery method within QSi.
• Responsible for preparing the budget for QSi IT department.
