•Budget allocation proposals for all ATL, BTL and activation activities. In summary; LX total budget consisted of AED 3.2 million, GS consisting of AED 4.8 million and RX of AED300K. These included all aspects of each model’s campaign activities.

•LX, GS and RX product launch campaigns each consisting of print, radio, online, outdoor, special events, roadshows, showroom signage/POS and overseeing social media and PR activities.
- LX sneak preview evenings of the new LX before it was released in showrooms. These VIP events were held in Emirates Palace Hotel, Abu Dhabi and over two evenings at the Armani Hotel Ballroom, Dubai. These events had an Emirati/Arabic fusion theme and a total attendance of 460 guests.
- GS events involved test drive events across all emirates. This was a great success and translated into 400 test drives on site and 198 leads in a 60 day period.
- RX events that were specifically targeted to women through partnerships with leading bloggers in the UAE and women’s associations.

•Compiling presentations consisting of joint input from creative and account service to upper senior management of Al-Futtaim to present intended budgetary spend and campaign rollout.
•Starting up fb.com/lexusae in November 2011 which to date has 13, 798 fans and working with social media company to develop provocative and interesting posts.
•Production development of premium and polished out of the box and unconventional advertising and promotional activities that involved targeted events and DMs.
•Development and roll out of a 350 page brand guideline ring binder for Lexus to follow in the UAE to ensure consistent creative advertising and branding.
• Facilitation of uniform design for all Lexus frontline employees.
• Overseeing design, build and ensuring efficient running of the largest stand at the Dubai Motorshow and a small stand at WFES in Abu Dhabi.

The GEOS International group was a large and expansive network of high quality language schools all over the world. It was set up in Japan in 1974 and was one of the ‘Big Four’ English conversation schools in Japan. Classes were taught in a complete immersion environment whereby only the instructor’s native language was allowed to be spoken. Challenging but utterly rewarding, this is where I earned my ‘communicator stripes’. On 20th of April 2010, the firm went bankrupt.
