A. Presently Mechanical Engineer in Al Rajhi for Construction (RADIC), Oman since April 2012-till date. Working as Head of the Plumbing Department. (Radic Construction Oman belongs to Al Rajhi Group of KSA)

General Description:
Responsible for planning, directing, managing coordinating and expediting through engineering team for the assigned Plumbing and Drainage systems.
Provide leadership to project team to accomplish project goals and monitor out-put. As head of the department manage the entire Plumbing procurement and project execution work.
Preparation of Shop Drawings, Material Submittal, and Material take off, for the project.
Conducting meetings with various suppliers, consultant and clients for selection of right materials, taking care of long lead items in short schedule. Sending clarifications to Consultant, if there is any discrepancy in BOQ, drawings and specifications.
Monitored, verified and enforced speciation compliance of plumbing works and materials with design documents and proper standards.
Supervised monitored and reported project progress of Plumbing works and attended progress meetings and coordinate with other departments.
Reviewing, Controlling, distributing and filing drawings, specifications and other design/approved documents. Controlling and acknowledging project material requests from all sites of the project and instructing for distribution as per established BOQ.
Reviewing and monitoring variations to the work to reduce time and cost impacts for any required changes.
Following up with procurement department and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Expediting of approvals from relevant authorities if they are in delay or stalled.

1.Project: Gomti Life Sciences., Bidadi; (Supply and Installation of 2 nos 135 TR Water cooled Chillers and 8 no of AHU’s) Project Value - INR 65 lacs.
2.Project: Raichem Life Sciences, Hyderabad; (Supply and Installation of 2 nos 300 TR Water Cooled Chillerss) Project Value - INR 70 lacs.
23Project: Toyota Kirloskar Autoparts(TKAP), Bidadi; (Supply and Installation of 2 nos 100 TR Aircooled Chillers and 5 nos of AHU’s ) Project Value - INR 76 lacs.
4.Project: Vakil Square, Bangalore; (Supply and Installation of 55 nos Chilled Water Cassette and 3 nos of Wall mount units) Project Value - INR 17 lacs.
5.Project: SKF Bangalore. (Supply and Installation of 1x220 TR McQuay Water Cooled Screw Chiller ) Project Value - INR 22 lacs..
General Description:
Preparation of Ducting layout, Pressure Zoning layout, Wall Panel / Ceiling layout, Chilled water piping layout, AHU Location / As built drawing, Air Flow Schematics & Electrical SLD with help of draftsmen.
Coordinating with client for any clearances / approvals before the commencement of work at site.
Material & Manpower planning.
Preparation of RFI / RFM and coordinate with commercial department for procurement.
Co-ordination between different sub contractors.
Frequent site visits to make sure proper utilization of resources & taking necessary precautions regarding safety of people at site.
Attending periodic review meetings with client & our site supervisors to track the progress of the project.
Motivating our colleagues at site and to make sure the project is completed on schedule and ensuring that quality standards are maintained as per specs.
Coordinating with testing & commissioning team for operation of the installed setup. Also, ensure that ACPH, DOP, Particle Count & Pressure Cascading Validations are achieved successfully.
Coordination with validation department for preparation of Operation & Maintenance manuals, DQ, IQ, PQ & OQ.
Regular follow up with client for feedback and performance evaluation.
General Description:
Ensuring that the project MEP work is carried out in accordance with the required quality, cost and time constraints.
Co-ordination and administration of MEP related material, method statement equipment and drawing submittals in accordance to the specifications.
Ensuring that MEP work is executed on site in accordance with the contract drawings specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
Checking that MEP valuations correspond with progress and checking of variations.
Resolving Technical Problems at site and initiating the technical queries (Request for Information) for the same, in coordination with others, along with the proposed solution.
Ensuring the MEP Works where various Authorities like Civil Defense, Dubai Electricity& Water Authority (DEWA), Telecommunication Regulatory (ETISALAT, Du) etc. are involved as per their Regulation
Conduct various meetings like technical, coordination, progress etc, with MEP Contractor and its related. Preparing the Agenda for the Meeting and keeping Minutes of it
Ensure that As Built Drawings and O&M Manuals and related documentation are prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in a timely manner and in accordance with contract requirements. Produce a report of performance of MEP-contractor.
