- In charge for the finance and accounting function for operations exceeding $600 million (SAR 2.25 Billion).
- Restructuring the finance/accounting department which consists of 38 members, define KPIs and reporting lines.
- Developing action plans to tackle current and historical issues.
- Review the full operational cycle, seek improvements and enhance internal controls:
i- Upgrade the POS (point of sale) system to overcome issues that affects results.
ii- Create Inventory order/reorder policy and procedures.
iii- Tackle historical unknown differences related to Inventory, suppliers, returns.
iv- Implemented the WMS (warehouse management system) in the retail division.
v- Liaise with banks/credit cards companies to facilitate the operational cycle.

- Management of the finance department financial reporting and planning process.
- Monthly/quarterly/ semiannually/ annually financial reporting which cover but not limited to: profit and loss, actual results to budgets, actual results to last year actual results, and highlights over the major forces and their effect on the results reported.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation for all the balance sheet items; ensure that supporting documentation and calculations are available at the close of each month.
- Tax compliance and reporting.
- Leading the budget and the monthly discussions with department heads, setting new challenges to achieve new levels of output which resulted in positive profitability trend. Key member of the Middle East budgeting team which covers 6 offices in the region.
- Established a complete database and monitoring system for the large number of contracts with clients. This system resulted in accurate billing amounts and billing dates; the result was more confidence and trust from our clients which means more business and income.
