Project Manager: Technology Transfer on Cadmium Pigment from Europhtal to Sudarshan India to adapt their Pigments to TCLP and REACH regulations. Spent 2 month in Roha, India to adapt the technology to the process and trained the production staff.

Product Development:
Did laboratory trials and selected the best suitable grades of Activated Carbon to develop novel supported Merox Catalysts for Oil refineries and Gas plants.
Developed a process to do the Catalyst impregnation.
Participated in the Customer trials and validation.
