In this role I am responsible for supporting the Head of Secondary and 56 Secondary Teachers. Coordinate and organise meetings to do with the Secondary Senior Leadership Team, during these meetings minutes are taken by me which are distributed to 5 members of the SSLT. Coordinate and assist with organising Lesson Reviews for teachers which are conducted by a SLT member and a Head of Year or Head of Department which are conducted on a daily basis.
Arrange meetings between the HoS, teachers and parents. Organize and arrange weekly Secondary Teacher meetings. Organised interviews with the applicants for the Academic Year 2016/17. Arrange the Secondary Parents Evenings, which are conducted 5 times a term. Liaise with the PA to the Principal and the PA to the Head of Primary to ensure a Standard Operating Procedure is followed throughout the school. Organise the HoS calendar and diary, with the constant daily changes in the school, I am responsible for maintaining information is up to date in the calendar. Arrange Purchase Orders and work closely with the Finance & the reprographics departments to ensure orders are made.
In this role I work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word documents. An internal system is used, PASS to maintain an up to date confidential database of students and parents of the school.
