- Managing the following departments:
Housekeeping, Catering, Security, Non medical material Stores, Waste Management, Pest control, Laundry, Pest control and other outscourcing companies ( more than 30 contracts)
- Managing more than 150 staff in the different departments
- Quality control on the contractors and make sure they comply with the JCI standards
- Creating and modifying policies and procedures
- Negotiation and renewal of expiring contracts
- Identification of new contracts that are required
-Full participation in budget discussions
- Budgets are compiled and managed according to guidelines
- Verification of invoices and processing according to policies and procedures
- Participate in different committees in the hospital
- Participate in different quality improvement projects to meet the clients' expectations.
- Conduct regular inspection throughout the hospital and support services departments
- Coordinate closely and round with the client service coordinator for solving patient complaints
- Reporting directly to the hospital director
