• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking and other financial needs as necessary
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

• Coordination of the IKTVA audit and filing to Saudi Aramco.
• Supervising the routine accounting task in the department on day to day basis.
• Supervising and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
• Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports are submitted on time.
• Performs the monthly, financial reconciliation for selected general ledger account, suppliers and intergroup.
• Coordinate with Investment team for monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation of investment portfolio.
• Coordinate with treasury department for recording of monthly interest on intergroup loans and current account balances and issuing the debit/credit note accordingly.
• Responsible for the management of fixed assets which included proper accounting, reconciliation, tagging and physical verifications.
• Ensuring timely reconciliation of bank on monthly basis.
• Supervise field engagements.
• Assist in designing the approach to audit engagements and supervise staff.
• Perform audit procedures of complex areas of clients’ financial statements, and interact with clients to discuss field audit issues.
• Develop understanding of our auditing methodology and tools.
• Perform reviews of audit documents,
• Identify accounting and auditing issues and perform research to solve those issues.
• Apply concepts of risk assessment, and perform tests of internal controls.
