Worked on the RFP and project plan for PTCL ERP project and liaised with the vendors during vendor selection process as a member of project management team.
Was involved in the Business Plan & Business Process Development for PTCL’s Broadband & Multimedia project also including services like Triple Play/IPTV.
Worked as the Project Coordinator for the Closure/Merger of Paknet into PTCL.
Lead the Business Process Re-Engineering of PTCL’s Corporate Services participating with domain experts in efforts to identify, evaluate and quantify all cost and benefit factors associated with process changes and/or technology investments.
Developed the News Archives Storage and Retrieval Management Software System for Pakistan Television World News.
Worked on the Feasibility Study of Web based Drama on Demand System for PTV dramas/plays. The studies also encompassed digitization of PTV’s visual archives library.
Worked on the enhancement/improvement of software of Program Scheduling System (PSS) of PTV.
Got scholarship for MS and graduated with CGPA of 3.35
Four year BS degree in Computer Science from the most reputed computer science university of Pakistan. Degree Minor is Management and Marketing.
Secured A Grade in the the Higher Secondary School Certificate examinations of Federal Board Islamabad. Major subjects were Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
