• Managing 2 Stock Control Supervisor & 15 Inventory staffs.
• Managing, planning and implementing yearly stock take.
• Ensure inventory control for (more than 100 brands/with more than 30, 000 different SKU’s/around 12 million units).
• Preparing and sending stock take cut off time table 1 month prior to stock take date.
• Assign designated task to all stock take attendees.
• Submit stock take results and investigate stock take discrepancies.
• Provides solutions for system issues, inventory issues, Investigates Perpetual Inventory losses and daily discrepancies.
• Controls “Adjustment approval memo for stock disposal /physical and system disposal process” as per company policy.
• Manage and control daily perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
• Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
• Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
• Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
• Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
• Develop, test, and implement mapping and configuration changes to accomplish business objectives.
• Resolve/improve WMS issues impacting task completion, response time, process control, and efficiency.
• Daily monitoring of interface files for both “Inbound and Outbound” shipments.
• Investigate & rectify issues regarding daily operational problems such as technical errors, interface error regarding receiving, picking and shipping.
• Daily reconciliation of ERP “Main host system SOH vs. LDC warehouse system SOH vs. Physical SOH”.
• Introduce and provides system training to new staff.
• Extract, analyze, and utilize data to monitor performance and plan improvements in warehouse related to WMS issues
• Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues. Monitors and communicates project status to project team.
• Responsible for extracting data from systems to provide various reports to operational management.
• Communicates effectively with operations to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Administers all master data set up and changes in the system.

• Support all functions within the LDC on a day to day basis.
• Liaise with Customer Service on quality issues which effect warehouse performance goals.
• Update LDC Manager on all current issues within the LDC on a daily basis.
• Troubleshoot Warehouse Users problems and resolving them.
• Ensuring that all processes are being carried out correctly, and dealing with problems and issues as they arise.
• Design, test and configure new WMS process.
• Provides training to new staffs/DC Supervisors in the operations on how to use WMS through receiving, picking & dispatching.
• Monitoring GRN (Goods receive note) and PCO (Pick confirmation) flow in the WMS for stock update in the main ERP System in Kuwait.
• Investigate & rectify issues regarding operational problems such as technical errors regarding receiving, picking and shipping procedure.
• Implement strategies and ideas to all operation team to meet their daily forecast.
• Guides & supervise operation team through WMS to avoid any issues regarding the system.
• Performing yearly stock take as per WMS brand.
• Supervise the team tasks such as Stock Receiving, Picking, Put-Away /Binning and Packing / Scanning.
• Supervise the off loading upon shipment arrival, checks shipment size and all documentation and assist in physical checking of all items in the shipment
• Resolving differences and discrepancies on stock receiving & Dispatching.
• Monitor the loading and dispatching process. Ensure that the orders are properly loaded into the delivery trucks
• Provides effective and efficient training for newly recruited staff.
• Inventory Management of the stocks in the warehouse.
• Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Ensuring the entire safety of the Warehouse.
• Preparing and maintaining the daily activity reports, productivity reports, planning the vacation the staffs.
• Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Operational Manager.
