• Managing 2 Stock Control Supervisor & 15 Inventory staffs.
• Managing, planning and implementing yearly stock take.
• Ensure inventory control for (more than 100 brands/with more than 30, 000 different SKU’s/around 12 million units).
• Preparing and sending stock take cut off time table 1 month prior to stock take date.
• Assign designated task to all stock take attendees.
• Submit stock take results and investigate stock take discrepancies.
• Provides solutions for system issues, inventory issues, Investigates Perpetual Inventory losses and daily discrepancies.
• Controls “Adjustment approval memo for stock disposal /physical and system disposal process” as per company policy.
• Manage and control daily perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
• Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
