1- Support the achievement of HSE goals, objectives and deliverables through implementation of company HSE management system
2- Develop project HSE Plan that comply with company policies & procedures as well as The Client requirements
3- Ensure the governmental legislation is being followed
4- Review contractor’s site safety and security plans
5- Monitor’s the contractor’s health and safety resources and tools
6- Monitor the contractor’s security arrangementsAssist all heath safety and security meetings and keep record and report on site incidents
7- Provide regular written reports, as well as other program related KPIs, statistics and updates to management

11- Control application of company HSE procedures and rules by all stakeholders including company staff and subcontractors
- Designs programs with worker safety in mind.
- Inspect workplaces to ensure they comply with Egyptian law and local safety codes.
- Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health.
- Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections.

with the Donor Company DAS
- Implementing and updating the application of ISO 14001: 2011 which already donated by DAS
- Identifying hazards and develops risk assessment for existing plant and new projects

- Monitors and controls implementation of the approved safety and environmental
Program prepared for assigned area of responsibility.
- Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Assists in enhancing quality, environment, health and safety awareness for all
areas and performs internal audits on a frequency basis according to audit plan issues nonconformity reports against audit findings and performs follow-up audits to ensure implementation.
- Reporting on weekly basis the result of incident/accident investigation, audit,
Nonconformity and implementation of corrective actions.
- Preparing sudden experiments on the emergency-plan to developing the employees respond in the emergency cases and follow-up it’s development upon the new activities
of the company.

- Preparing Monthly & Weekly reports, Key Performance Index reports, HSE- MS Action plan reports, various documents and its maintenance and correspondence with Consultant Office.
- Preparation and review of HAZID/ENVID reports
- Act in coordination with First-aiders for assisting any physically impaired personnel
During an emergency evacuation and any staff facing a medical emergency during work.
- Act as lead, assisting the Department Manager in the event of any emergency
Evacuation of the office premises and functions as their area representative during evacuation and at the assembly point.
