Preparation of the project budget of Company’s sister concerns.
Preparation of the project reports of the donor.
E-Filling of Annual Income Tax Returns of the Company and its sister concerns.
Preparation of Annual Reports of the Company’s sister concerns.
Look after the pay roll of the company, its sister concerns and its bureau offices.
To assist Chief Financial Officer in filling of Corporate Returns.
Arrange logistics, venue & travel for training workshops/seminars and program for Company’s sister concern.
Bank Reconciliation.
Managing the branch accounting.
Maintain all the employees’ record, issuance of appointment letters and other administrative activities.
Monitor the cashbook & ledger etc.
Preparation of Final Accounts.
Vouchers, Book keeping (Cash book, Ledger etc).
Bank Reconciliation.
Various Statements such as Monthly receipt and payment statement.
Cash flow statement, Accounts receivable and payable statement etc.
Payroll.
E-Filling (Monthly Statements, Annual Statements).
Computerized Accounting on Ms- Excel & Quick book.
Employees Record, Finalize Narrative Reports, Maintain Leave Record, Event Management.
