Roles and Responsibilities
• In charge of the entire department
• Setting up the department during the pre-opening stage of the hotel

• Ensuring all key initiatives completed on time as per Management guidelines
• Ensuring soft refurbishment in rooms within the allocated budget
• Ensuring company brand standards are strictly followed on daily basis
