Maintains cost-effective production plans and schedules that support production and inventory targets through monthly & weekly planning and scheduling. • Production specification analysis - Performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and manpower requirements based on production specification and plant capacity. Monitor progress on a timely basis to ensure that dates committed to customers are met.

• Delivery Planning and Purchase Request - Calculates the raw material required according to the production plan and coordinates with the Stores for inventory of raw material & packaging material availability. Prepares a list of packaging and raw materials for purchase request based on marketing requirements. Schedule the delivery of packaging materials depending on production schedule. Expedite and coordinates the delivery and movement of critical material, including material transfer and conditional material releases. Monitors the Raw Material stock. Prepares a weekly Material Balance Report to the Operations Manager.

• Handle complaints - Resolves problem utilizing acquired knowledge and analytical analysis. Initiates replacement orders for lost, damaged or discrepant items.

• Manpower management and scheduling - Train and instruct production workers to implement production schedule on a daily basis with emphasis on efficiency to achieve daily quota. Create and manage a pool of production workers that are productive and trainable, that are to be scheduled every week depending on the production schedule and their respective areas of expertise with subsequent evaluation on actual work being done.

• Production Analysis - Review and analyze yield and downtime report daily. Consult with inter-department resources concerning problems affecting productivity and take corrective action.

• Manpower schedule - Prepares and post daily shift schedule as per production requirements. Keeps Production Supervisor informed on the production status and raises alerts where required.

• Assisting production operation - Ensure that production line start and ends on time and maintain high line of productivity.

• Compliance to Production and or Company Processes/Procedures - Follows established procedures involving the production department to facilitate order and systematic development. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
