o Key business driven centralization initiatives as per global/regional initiatives like Desktop Standardization Initiatives where 2000 plus machines were upgrade to windows 7 and application deployment was standardized over the OVCM infrastructure.
o Planning and implementation of the Windows 2003 Server upgrades.; provided technical knowhow and introduced new technology platform & products as per project lifecycle.
o Key Centralization Initiatives across the various infrastructure entities in line with regional & global centralization initiatives of the company like reducing total number of locally hosted servers to remove dependencies on local network hubs, moving connectivity to EMEA Data Centers to utilize efficiencies.
• Successfully deployed:
o Effectively minimized number of servers from 160 to 50 within a span of 18 months.
o Support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) technology across all Citi offices in UAE and bring users up to speed with the technical know-how on how to use smartphones and other mobile devices for the same.
