* Oversee the biomedical team to ensure compliance and control of PPM and administrative activities.

* Provide training for the end users as appropriate.
*Oversee the investigation of all equipment failures and incidents involving patient care equipment to ensure the maintenance of a safe patient care and work environment.
* Manage the center owned equipments and coordinate maintenance, repair, perform safety testing and calibration.
* Perform study on marketing and purchase of medical equipments with new technology, initiate tender request to suppliers, technical evaluation, negotiation and finally to purchase.
*Member of the Quality and Accreditation team.

•Installation, Commissioning, Demonstration, Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance of various medical equipments.
•Coordination with Ministry of Health-CBW for Contracts & Spare parts.
•Good relation with international companies / Local dealers /Field Service Engineers & queries about the latest medical technology to implement for the uplift of the organization.
• Coordination with Customer for issuing Maintenance Contract Proposal, Renewal of Contracts & follow-up with Accounts Department to issue Invoice at end of each Quarter.
• Communication with International Company suppliers for providing best support to Customer related to Troubleshooting, Quotation offers & Spare Parts.
• Coordination with Logistic Department to issue PO for International company suppliers based on requirement of Customer & follow-up till direct delivery to Customer from Warehouse.
•Place orders to Suppliers for Spare parts replenishment in Stock for Machines under Contract.
•Prepare Quotation to Customer for Non-contract Equipment service, Approval follow-up & carry out task once approved & invoiced.
•Coordination with Sales Department in regard to * Installation, Commissioning & Training of NEW Machines for Customers.
•Implementation of Asset Management Software-MS Dynamics for the department Generated Policy & Protocol Policy for MSD-Service Department in YIACO.
•Played a Key role in Audit committee of the Company.

• Tendering, evaluation, purchasing of medical equipments, negotiation & forward for final payment after installation (since the starting stage of the hospital),

• Installation, Commissioning, Demonstration, Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance of various medical equipments.

• Good relation with international companies / local dealers /Field Service Engineers & queries about the latest medical technology to implement for the uplift of the organization.

• Daily rounds in various departments to know the work status of equipments.

• Developed Biomedical Engineering Policy as per the hospital routine.

• Involving in various quality control activities of the hospital.
