• Responsible for achieving annual sales targets based on revenues and profits in souvenir shops located within the UAE
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports to determine fast selling and slow selling lines so that the correct amount of product is in the shop at all times.
• Be aware of Key Performance Indicators which will drive the business forward.
• Become familiar with all systems relevant to the souvenir shop including Touche Point of Sale, Iprocurement Oracle and pivot table spreadsheets.
• Control the monthly stock takes so that an accurate inventory of product is maintained and reported to the Finance department.
• Take responsibility for the aesthetics of the shop; be aware of best sellers and how the position of their location can influence sales accordingly.
• Responsible for the security and safe keeping of the products, cash and all shop elements.
• Be aware of customer’s expectations at all times and maintain a strong knowledge of all product lines.
• Have a strong awareness of quality control so that damaged product does not find its way on to the shop floor.
