During my tenure at Freshii I provided strategic recommendations that not only increased revenue from the existing Freshii clientele but also bolstered brand awareness to attract new customers.

These recommendations were formulated through meticulous analysis of past and present sales performance data. Followed by generating comprehensive reports and offering insightful suggestions.

Recommendations included restructuring the corporate website and concentrating on promoting the most profitable as well as the most popular products through targeted social media content, and optimized SEM and SEO content.

In pursuit of increased revenue, another objective was exploring alternative strategies to reduce reliance on third-party delivery companies. By doing so, these strategies minimized costs and improved revenue per order figures.

Leading a team of 6 web developer / designers and social media specialists and supported by 3 digital agencies. Responsible for the strategy, planning, reporting and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities for OSN. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing.

Key Accomplishments

• Responsible for the redevelopment and user experience of OSN.com. The site is responsive, available in English and Arabic and fully SEO optimized. It is load balanced with integrated Single Sign On enabling users to seamlessly navigate between all OSN web properties, OSN.com, OSN Play, OSN Privileges and My OSN when logged in.

• Implemented OSN’s SEM strategy which significantly contributed towards increasing online sales revenue by over 300% in the last two years.

• Launched OSNs first mobile and tablet app. A TV guide app that is fully integrated with OSNs programming schedules database providing customers with the most up-to-date listings information. The app is also connected to OSNs CRM database enabling OSN customers to Remote Record, order PPV events and access / update their personal details.

• Developed the successful marketing launch campaign for “Go by OSN”, OSN’s OTT proposition.

• Increased OSN Facebook followers to 2.5 million in three years.

• 2 social media awards; Best Twitter Strategy in MENA Region (2013) and Best Social Media Strategy in MENA Region (2014).
