Receive and acknowledge receipt of claim documents sent by the client
Review and assess reimbursement claim documents and ensure that all the necessary details and requirements are provided by the member to avoid suspension or denial of the claim.
Assist the client on queries regarding policy benefits and claim procedures.
Request for pre-authorization/pre-approval from the insurance/TPA in behalf of the client.
Ensure that regular follow-ups are done for pending claims.
Inform the client on initial submission should a claim fall under a general exclusion and will not be covered by the policy.
Ensure that settlements received were processed as per the policy terms and conditions with regards to deductible, copayment and denials.
Ensure that settlements are dispatched to the correct company, address and individual recipient.
