(a) Recruitment -
-Searching applicants using job portals and references.
-Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
-Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
-Sourcing applicants as per the parameters specified by the client
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualification
-Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing applicant before and after interviews
- Maintaining records/database of all applicants; start to end of interview and getting feedback.
-Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with applicants within our internal database.
- Keeping record of all the clients to be confirmed and ensure that the joining formalities are completed of applicant on the date of confirmation.
(b) Administrative Duties -
-Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
-Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
-Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
-Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
