• Structure and deliver presentations, demos, training and user manuals for DMCC Tradeflow Platform, identifying customer’s needs and providing regular feedback.
• Monitor of all business transactions ensuring operational availability and continuous prospect for new business in collaboration with new and existing clients.
• Develop and implement the CRM and the Marketing strategy with specific actions for the different products and services in Trade Finance and Islamic Banking.
