Backbone TAC Engineer for APAC Region handling customer cases for Cisco Security Products and

• Worked on advance malware protection using Fire AMP could.

• Deployment of NGFW on AWS/Azure cloud and implementation based on the customer requirement.
• Cisco ASA (5500-x)/FTD Firepower thread defense(2k, 4k, 9k) configuration/implementation and
troubleshooting in live customer networks.
• VPN configuration migration from ASA to NGFW FTD via FMC.

• Support to troubleshoot network and security issues more efficiently with minimum downtime thereby
• maximizing productivity and providing highly available network most of the time to the end user as well as
• to the Top Tier customers such as ATT, Samsung, US Defense, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture Microsoft and
• IBM.
• Conducted and performed vulnerability scanning and security assessment of all computer systems,
• networks, software application and databases in order to ensure maximum security of data. And
• recommended proper security solution for known vulnerabilities.
• Deployed, configured and implemented WAF for Web-based application vulnerability analysis and
• different attack prevention.
• Reviewed and analyzed application codes for Cross-Site Scripting, CSRF, SQL Injection, parameter
• manipulation and brute-force attacks.
• Coordinated and managed Network, Systems and Application security vulnerability activities with
• developers and engineers both in the US and India to evaluate and analyze software and application codes
• security threats and risk.
• WAF configuration based on the customer requirement like URL filtering/reputation/normalization, REST
• API, security policy, cookie security etc.
• L7 traffic inspection with fiddler/Wireshark capture.
• Hands on experience on load balancer and Barracuda ADC.
• Load balancing based on the traffic pattern.
