Recruitment of Oil & Gas Disciplines (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream) domain within Middle East and
European Countries.
Managed a high volume of requirements across a variety of disciplines and at all levels.
Responsible for understanding the job specification, Head Hunting, Screening & conducting prelim, short-listing
& sourcing profiles, telephonic interviews, reference checks for the candidates, Follow ups for the feedback,
confirmations and joining.
Core jobs is to recruit of Western & Eastern National, i.e. sourcing/identify/selection of candidates using various
sourcing strategies.
Ensuring to follow the KPI’s as instructed by Recruitment Manager.
Tracking Project Manpower cycles, monitoring the excess availability or redundancy of the competence
available for deployment and initiate action accordingly
Preparing Job Description for the requisition received from the immediate managers from the counterpart
countries and thereby posting an advertisement for the said position.
Supporting Business Development team in preparing & planning of all major tenders & bids as they pertain to
talent acquisition requirements of the Qatar SBU.
Sourcing the right candidate through various tools like Job Boards and Networking Portals like Expat Engineer,
Oil & Gas Job Search, Naukri.com, and LinkedIn Recruiter for maximum utilization of available resources.
Deciding the Advertising Media; Responsible for the creation of external adverts; posting job vacancies on the
company website, internet job boards, major Oil and Gas magazines, journals and websites. Fully responsible
for releasing the advertisement in local & international newspapers by taking the cost implications into
consideration
Negotiate salary with clients and candidates, frequent follow up with the candidates until they join the clients
and building good relationships with the clients on day to day basis.
Handling Pre-screening to placement functions of the job openings. Analyzing the requirement technically and
doing a Research for any position creating streamlining and maintaining databases for easy and prompt access.
Keep updated the open job positions and screen resumes in the company’s software - regularly Screen
resumes in the resume inboxes In-house recruitment coordination
Conducting meeting with agencies, giving them confident and making them to work with more enthusiasm and
confidence for a good business success of the projects.
Implementing local and overseas recruitment campaigns in countries like, Qatar, UAE, India, Philippines, Korea,
