As a project planner, my duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Provides project plan / schedule for Capital Projects in the company
- Monitor project progress in terms of cost and schedule and reports to the management the outcome of the projects
- Handles project engineering works in the development phase
- Ensures that projects are performed based from Project Management Institute standards
- Assists team of engineers for projects involved in plant turnarounds and creates necessary planning and scheduling works such as look-ahead, progress reports, etc.
- Conducts primavera training to engineers in the department.
Develops strategic project plan/schedule using Critical Path Method with the aid of planning software such as Primavera 6.0, Primavera 3.1 & Microsoft Project 2007.
Developed planning department's project monitoring system.
Develops Plant Turnaround Plans.
Monitoring / Tracking of Progress.
Prepares timely report analysis based on the project's progress.
Aids the project manager through providing accurate reports and giving suggestions on activities that contributes risks in the project's completion.

Responsible for the preparation & development of Project Schedules based from cost and resources.
Prepares and coordinates with the project specific department the resource and equipment requirement / histogram in line with the developed project schedule.
Prepares cash flow for the projects and update such for the billing.
Prepares weekly work forecast/target / look ahead for each project specific department and make sure that the project manager is well informed as well.
Prepares progress billing in compliance with the client’s designated billing report format.
Monitor and update project schedule and reflect necessary adjustments as per client’s directives.
Coordinates the project schedule to other contractors which may affect their work.
Monitor and document all circumstances that are out of the project’s control such as delay in submittal reply, undocumented obstructing underground utilities, design change, etc. to aid the project manager in the preparation of claims or project extension.
Develop Work Breakdown Structure and ensure that each specific project department is well coordinated as per the plan’s scheduled execution.
Organize and document weekly coordination meeting to communicate construction challenges that affects the work of each department.
Developed project monitoring system to aid site engineers in the preparation of physical completion report of each activity.
Aids the project engineering team in the issuance of the necessary drawings for site execution in line with the developed project schedule.
Prepares Level 5 schedule to be issued for site’s weekly execution.
Assist each project department in preparation of construction method statements to ensure alignment with the project schedule without compromising work quality.
Developed site execution plan to ensure that there will be no rework, no possible damaging to newly constructed utilities and proper sequence to prevent work congestion in certain area.
Main responsibility is to prepare and monitor production schedule to meet client’s need both in cost and manpower/equipment rates.
Prepares production cash flow per manufacturing lot.
Responsible in scheduling the timely maintenance of production equipments to avoid breakdown and production downtime.
Work with the production engineering team to establish manpower and equipment productivity rate for the production control norms.
Assists the engineering department in scheduling plant’s expansion project as well as process revision projects through preparation of their project schedules.
Assigned as team lead for Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 & 14001) certification for the company.
Conducts trainings for Primavera P3 and production monitoring system for newly hired production engineer as well as production control personnel to aid them in understanding production reports.
Prepares timely report which includes analysis of daily production output and investigation of factors affecting the production.
Prepares and present production report for the management on a monthly basis.
Conducts routine inspections/audits for client’s pressure vessels such as boiler and creates report to be submitted on DENR.
Performed various environmental monitoring such as traffic impact, ambient air monitoring, and noise and water pollution monitoring
Assisted in the preparation of environmental reports such as Environmental Impact Assessment, etc.
