Established in 1996, Malanpur Rubber Pvt Ltd. has produced quality rubber products and it is one of the primary suppliers of companies like JK Tyres, MRF tyres etc. It produces high-grade raw material such as hyplon, butyl, nitrile, silicon and more provide high tolerance rate to the components.
I am responsible for the profitability of the plant including the strategy and entire manufacturing operations of the plant, driving continuous improvements in methods, efficiencies, productivity and most effective utilization of resources. I have attained significant reductions in breakdowns(downtime) through effective maintenance.
The company operates over 30 stores in England. It’s been trading as a successful convenience business for over 15 years and it operates and sells products through its retail stores located nationwide.
My job responsibilities served customers by providing merchandise; supervising staff. It also included: Coordination and communication between business and support functions, to ensure profits by overseeing business aspects like customer service, sales, marketing, etc. To constantly review store sales, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss. I did market the company by special promotional events and I was responsible for training and induction programmes for new staff members.

I was working under the technical group and was responsible for the electrical and computer hardware maintenance. I was also involved in the technical support, troubleshooting of PCs and hardware.

My job responsibility included installation and maintenance of security devices like RF based antenna, people counter etc. I was handling Western Zone and preparing monthly reports. Worked on CheckPro Manager which provides full support to retail shops where EAS systems do not work properly.
Worked on Tagging and labelling of EAS barcodes.
